There are several different types of hunts you can chose to do.

Similar to This: This option can be used you items you want to purchase but are not too picky about the details. For example if you like a necklace but don’t mind if it is silver or gold. This is also good if you like an expensive item but would prefer a cheaper version. You can also specify the price range would like to stay in.
What Goes With This: If you already own an item or are thinking about purchasing something but do not know what to pair it with, this option would be ideal. Fellow hunters will share photos of what they believe would look nice with your selected item so you can find the perfect match.
Style Me: a new school year just began and maybe you are not sure what shoes to buy to start the year off on the right foot. Lucky for you, if you just upload a picture of yourself with you a detailed description about what you need (shoe size, what style you prefer) other users will try and find something you would like. This option would also be great for girls that are searching for a prom dress.
For people who know their stuff when it comes to online shopping, they can help other users by adding finds. They can also comment additional helpful information like if the item found comes in a variety of colors or if the webpage linked is fast with shipping. If people like the thing you find for them they can give you a “gem” which is similar to a heart on Instagram or a thumbs up on Facebook.
You can also search The Hunt with hashtags (#) that describe what you’re looking for. Flannel is a big trend now that it is colder. If you type #flannel into The Hunts’ bowser you will find styles that incorporate a flannel piece of clothing. The more hashtags you add the more specific your results will be. You can also search for things such as jewelry, phone cases and make-up. Other trending tags are #oversizedsweater, #infinityscarf and #knit.
