Hey there, it’s been a while. I’m back with a new game that.. Well… is amazing. I am not going to do a story section in this review considering that you need to experience it yourself. Seriously. Go buy it. I cried. Literally, no joke.

Gameplay

Okay, jumping right in, I’m going to tell you this is not a gameplay kind of game. It’s definitely story driven. It’s a tell-tale game, meaning that it tells a very emotional story, with a gameplay this is pretty much just timed events. But this one is different, it has one specific gameplay mechanic that adds to the story in a great way. Time travel. Only going a few minutes back, you can change your decision right after you make it.

Music and Graphics

You know, most games this really doesn’t matter. But in this game the sound people nailed it, adding to the atmosphere so much. Music has the power to give you strong emotions that most games just can’t get. But this game really does a great job at replicating it. Fitting the music perfectly to the situation. And the graphics, to someone who doesn’t know much about it may look disappointing. But in terms of the game, they are absolutely perfect. They look cartooney, giving it this laid back feel and even adding to the experience. I’ve never in my entire life seen a game nail this section so perfectly as Life Is Strange.

DLC and Bonus

This game is an episodic series, meaning that each episode of the game must be bought individually. Don’t worry, with every single episode the game only costs around $25.00.

Verdict

This game absolutely blew my mind. Knocked it out of the park. I see very few flaws in it, rather than the occasional bug, but none of them game breaking. I couldn’t recommend this game more. To anyone, this game is not very hard at all, so you could be the most casual gamer in the world and still have the time to beat it. It’s like watching a TV show and having the power to get your own custom outcome. I give this game a perfect score. 10/10.  Thank you for taking the time to read. Have a good day!
