The weather is getting nicer and Spring Break is right around the corner, which means you will need some tips on packing, having a good time on vacation, and tips on what to do at home while your friends are away or just to save yourself from boredom in general.
Packing for the getaway
If you are low on space in your suitcase or bag, you can roll your towel or blanket in your sleeping bag.
If you roll your shirts into a burrito you can fit more in your bag and save your shirts from getting wrinkly.
Pack a garbage bag to put your dirty clothes into so you can keep the clean clothes separate and makes it easier to know what you need to wash when you get home.
Keep all your shampoo, face products, and toothpaste in a bag in case something happens on the travel there.
Pack an extra pair of flip flops for the shower.
Always make sure you have an extra t-shirt and shorts.
Look up the weather in the location you are going to make it easier on yourself to know what to pack.
Have a Good Time
It’s ok to go to bed on time (the earlier you go to bed, the better you will feel in the morning).
Try not to pack too much into one day but try and do something off your phone (set a limit on how much phone time you get).
Don’t be afraid to try new things.
Pack a couple of card games to play while you wait for your parents to get everything together for dinner or for the beach.
Pack a book- books can be boring but they can also be easy to relax on vacation.
