“I’m Okay”

Im+Okay

Allison Weston, Staff Writer

You put on a face for the whole world to see

the one where your happy

pretend that nothing’s wrong

And feel like there’s hope

Then you come home and realize that’s not the case

You’re not happy, never was

you finally believe that there’s nothing wrong

But there is, there always is

And you can never escape it

The hope slowly disappears

When you realize that you have issues

That your alone with no one to count on

And no one to turn to
