A: I love my team and the new girls that have joined us this year. Even though we are a young team, I think that if we work hard and have fun we can accomplish a lot. Like every year, I’d like to be league champions and have success in sectionals.

Q: What are the team’s strengths and weaknesses? Do you have any goals for this season?
A: One of our team’s strengths this season is we have multiple girls who can shoot. Our weakness is we lost a lot of key players but we have a lot of talent and are trying to make up for it. Our goal this season is to improve our individual and team skills and have a good run in sectionals.

Girl’s and Boy’s Varsity Bowling
Jacob Blaylock
Q: How do you feel about the team this year? What are your goals for the season?
A: The team is much younger this year. I feel this will allow for better year-to-year improvements and learning. Most of the team are friends with one another which gives us friendly competition to allow for us all to want to improve. My goals this year are to help train a full-match team that will be here for next year. A personal goal is to achieve my highest overall average for a season.
Lilyanna Komarisky
Q: Do you enjoy bowling? What are the team’s strengths and weaknesses?
A: Yes, I do enjoy bowling. I love that anyone can join, and it’s super fun to play with your friends. The team’s weaknesses are probably that very few people are actually pro-bowlers, so it might be hard for us to win matches until everyone has some more experience. But our strengths are definitely that everyone gets along so well, and has a lot of fun. We also have quite a few people on the team who are returning players and very dedicated to the game.
Girl’s and Boy’s Varsity Swimming & Diving
Brayden Mitchell
Q: How is the team this year? What are your goals for this season and some strengths the team has?
A: We are smaller than last year and it will be difficult to win meets with such a small number, but there is a lot of potential. Individual times and records will definitely still come. We are coming off a sectional championship season and our team will definitely be able to walk away again this year with a couple of gold medals. My goals for this season are to place top 8 in all of Section 3 in the 500 free and/or 200 free. A strength that our team has is even though we are small we work hard and get the results we want.
Nolan Carner
Q: How do you feel about the team this year? What are your goals for the season and some strengths you guys have?
A: I think the team is going to have to step it up. We lost a lot of seniors last year. I’m going to try and make states. Some strengths we have is that we’re all close. Our strength is that we do everything as a whole team and we all have each other’s backs.
