At the beginning of November each year there are certain radio stations that start playing Christmas music. Some people think it’s the right time to start time listening to it but there are also people who think that you shouldn’t start listening to Christmas music until after Thanksgiving.

I don’t think its too early for Christmas music in early November. I started listening to it when school started. Christmas music tends to make me happy when I’m in a bad mood. I asked some family members what they thought.

I first asked my sister and she told me that she thinks it’s too early for Christmas music. She told me that it makes it less special at Christmas if you have been listening to it for 6 weeks. “One month of christmas is all I want,”
she commented.

A second person I asked was my mom who said that it was not too early for Christmas music because it puts you in the christmas mood while you’re doing your christmas shopping. “I like to have my shopping done before Thanksgiving,” she said.
